CEA - Certified Environmental AuditorSM
CEA - Certified Environmental AuditorSM is a specialty certification program intended for professionals conducting environmental compliance and risk audits of operating facilities, related equipment and on-going procedures. This certification is recognized by the U.S. Air Force.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in an environmentally-related discipline. Three (3) years of acceptable work experience may be substituted for each year of an academic degree program (i.e. Twelve years of experience is equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree).
Work Experience:
Four (4) years of experience directly involved with environmental audits of operating facilities and processes. Education can NOT be substituted for work experience. Please note: This requirement is in addition to the experience used in lieu of education.
